Premium tier:

• All features unlimited
• Advanced analytics
• Priority support

§4 Prices & Payment

1. Monthly: €3.99, Yearly: €40
2. Automatic renewal
3. Payment via Stripe
4. Service starts immediately after payment

§5 Termination

1. Can be cancelled online at any time
2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
3. Refunds only in cases required by law
4. Free tier remains available at all times

§6 Liability

1. No liability for:
   • Price losses, technical errors, API outages
   • Indirect damages, lost profits
2. Liability only in cases of intent or gross negligence
3. Essential contractual obligations will be fulfilled

§7 Financial Advice Disclaimer

1. Manalyx does not provide investment, financial, or tax advice
2. All data is provided for informational purposes only

§8 Amendments to the Terms

1. Material changes will be announced by e-mail
2. Continued use constitutes acceptance
3. Special right of termination in case of material changes

§9 Final Provisions

1. German law applies; UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) excluded
2. Place of jurisdiction: registered office of the provider
3. Severability clause: if any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective
