Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is concluded.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Special Notes for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires if the user expressly agrees, before the end of the withdrawal period, that the service shall begin immediately and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

• The withdrawal period begins upon conclusion of the contract (registration and completion of the Premium subscription).
• To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
